You deserve to live your best life

I’ve been absent – I’ve recently felt disconnected from my business. Partly, life has been busy with soccer season and preparing for summer. But partly, and more profoundly, something has felt out of sync. I knew I needed to go deeper. With the help of my coach, I went through an exercise called the Five Why’s — basically, you keep asking yourself why until you get past all the surface stuff and reach the real, deep reason underneath.
It wasn’t an easy process. Each answer pulled me closer to the real reason I felt compelled to run a coaching business. When I finally reached the core, I said it out loud:”Everyone deserves to live their best, most fulfilled life.”
As soon as I said those words out loud, I knew — this wasn't just some idea I liked. It was “Truth” for me. It's a mantra that I believe at the core of my being. I can see how I use it in my ophthalmology practice, in how I treat others, and how I make decisions. When I look back, the best decisions I've ever made, the ones that felt fully aligned, were the ones that honored that belief.
This is the foundation for my coaching business. I realized that my greatest purpose is to help ambitious, high-achieving women reconnect with their own brilliance — to trust themselves, to recognize their incredible impact, and to build lives that feel not just successful on the outside, but deeply fulfilling on the inside.
That's what I want for the women I work with. I work with ambitious, high-achieving women who are already doing so much — My purpose is to help them build the kind of trust in themselves that lets them live even bigger, more fulfilled lives. Lives that feel as amazing on the inside, as they look on the outside. You deserve that. We all do.
What’s felt difficult for you lately? Is there a passion project you’ve had a hard time justifying the time or cost to invest in? A new habit you’re trying to develop and can’t find the motivation? Try asking yourself why it’s important, then why that answer is important…It might feel tedious and difficult to find the answer as you approach that fifth why. But your core desires and values live in those depths and from there, you can find your why that will drive you be successful in the things you truly want.
Thank you for going on this journey with me. If there’s anyone you think this would resonate with, please forward this note on to them and ask them to sign up for the newsletter. Think how amazing the world can be if we all work to live our best, most fulfilled lives.
